1. The service
Poly5MCrypto provides downloadable historical data files covering Polymarket 5-minute crypto Up or Down markets on a monthly subscription.
2. Licence
While your subscription is active you may download the files for your own research, backtesting, analysis and internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute the raw files or a substantially similar dataset. Charts, statistics and findings you create from the data are yours to publish.
2a. Free sample
The free sample on our sample page may be used for any research or testing purpose. If you publish results based on it, please credit and link to poly5mcrypto.com.
3. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
4. Accuracy
We take care to record data accurately, but files are provided as is, without warranty. Gaps can occur when upstream feeds disconnect; known gaps are noted in each day's manifest.
5. Not financial advice
The data is for information and research only. Nothing on this site is financial or trading advice.
6. Independence
Poly5MCrypto is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket or any exchange. Names are used only to describe the markets covered.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
